Our vegan cafe offers a wide range of delicious plant-based food options that are not only affordable but also free of animal products/ingredients. The cafe aims to promote a vegan lifestyle by making it accessible to everyone and spreading awareness about the benefits of plant-based diets.
By generating funds through the cafe, they also support animal welfare causes and contribute towards saving animal lives. Whether you’re a vegan or not, this cafe offers a unique culinary experience that’s both healthier and tasty.
Our Story
At our vegan bakery, we are passionate about creating delicious and healthy treats that are free from animal products and preservatives. It all started with our love for chocolate spread (Hazelate), and our desire to make a version that was high in nut content and completely natural. After extensive research and testing, we invested in the best machines and launched our product in August 2019. Since then, we have been committed to providing our customers with the finest quality vegan spreads, using only the best ingredients and sustainable production methods.
We believe in the power of plant-based foods to nourish both the body and the soul, and we are proud to be part of a growing community that values health, sustainability, and compassion for all living beings.
Over time, we expanded our offerings beyond chocolate spread to include fast food, cakes, and other mouth-watering treats. Our customers loved the variety and quality of our food, and we enjoyed seeing their smiling faces every day. However, like many businesses, we were hit hard by the COVID lockdowns that began in early 2020. Despite our best efforts to adapt and offer takeout and delivery options, we eventually had to close our cafe for a short while. It was a challenging time for us, but we remained committed to our values and our customers, and we used the time to refine our recipes, explore new ingredients, and prepare for the day when we could open our doors again.
After the COVID lockdowns were lifted and our vegan bakery and cafe was able to reopen, we seized the opportunity to expand and improve our menu. We moved our shop to a new location that better suited our needs, and we introduced a range of exciting new products, including vegan cheese spread and pizza cheese for retail sales. These products were a hit with our customers, who appreciated the high-quality, plant-based alternatives to traditional dairy products. We also began offering made-to-order mayonnaise and other dips, using only the freshest and most nutritious ingredients. It was a joy to see our customers returning and trying our new menu items, and we were grateful for their support and enthusiasm. Over the course of the next year, we continued to refine our offerings and build a loyal customer base, while remaining true to our mission of providing delicious, healthy, and sustainable food options for all.
At our vegan bakery and cafe, we believe that challenges are an opportunity for growth and innovation. Despite facing multiple obstacles, including mall closures and the need to hire and train new staff, we have persevered and emerged stronger and more resilient than ever before. We are proud to have found a new location that better suits our needs, and we are excited to offer our customers an even better dining experience, with improved seating and a wider range of menu items. While it has taken us some time to overcome these difficulties, we have learned valuable lessons along the way and are confident that we can use our experiences to continue to improve and grow.
As we embark on a new phase of our journey, we are committed to getting the word out about our delicious and healthy plant-based offerings, and we look forward to connecting with new customers and spreading the message of sustainability and compassion for all living beings.
